Card/Codes/Vouchers – Digital Products (Steam Gift Cards, Xbox Game Pass, Softwares, etc.): Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email. You may contact support@gplgames.net for more information with Order number. Codes are meant for self usage purpose only.
For Pre-Order/Back-Order Booking – We are not liable for any delay in the delivery of products due to any reason.
If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return, Please call our customer care number or email support@gplgames.net on the day of delivery.
A reverse pickup will be arranged by us for smooth return process (If applicable).
Product Carrying Brand/Manufacturer Warranty – The product will be repaired/replaced as per brand warranty terms.
Return reason: Ordered in error – Not eligible for Return & Refund.
Refunds WIll Be Completed Within 7 Business Days.
*Any Prepaid Game/Gift Card redeemed post delivery will not be applicable for return/refund under any circumstance.
For Cancellations, Please cancel your order before dispatch from “my account” page or contact support@gplgames.net to cancel order.
Order with “On hold” status will be cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
Refund On Cancellation – Please note in case, buyer wish to cancel order then Payment Gateway charges will be deducted and we will refund you the amount within 21 Business day to source of the Payment.
